Zero to One Quote 1: Proprietary Technology
When talking about completely new, it's hard to claim because a similar system may exist but is not known to me or is only coming to market now. What I can say is that WordPress itself is almost a monopoly, here are some stats gained from a simple Google search.
Stat 1. 43.3% of the world’s websites are built with WordPress,
Stat 2. The current percentage of websites using WordPress is 37% of all websites and a whopping 60% of content management systems (CMS).
Stat 3. If we zoom in to focus on just websites with a known CMS, the WordPress market share stands at 65.2%. It’s not quite a monopoly, but it’s heading that way.
As best I am aware there is no CMS system for Complex websites and apps that can adapt to most industries, when we include the nine technologies that sit upon the base provided by S-Web™ we are creating the everything system. Amazon has The Everything Store, S-World is building The Everything System. This is new, and especially new within is Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL, the story of which is told in; The Republican Chapter 2. The Š-ŔÉŚ™ - The Monopoly Algorithm:.
Stepping back to T1. S-Web™ I knew that the system Vineeth and I developed was good, but it was only in making the S-Web™ presentation videos and writing this critique that I realised the Homepage CMS was 60,000x good.
For an investment return on The 10 Technologies graphic, I had only put 3x. Admittedly this was deliberately low, but still, 60,000 times faster than the current WordPress CMS monopoly was cool.
S-Web™s' 60,000x, where instead of a client going to a WordPress web developer for 100 hours of work, they come to S-Web™, get their site in under six seconds and can customize it in their own time, because it's extremely simple to do so. In addition, the S-Web™ site is not 100 hours work it's 50,000 hours of work and will become millions of hours in S-Web™ 6.0 and many, many millions when we include the other 9 Technologies.
Of course, most people are not going to spend millions of dollars on a website, many businesses spend just a few thousand dollars and return to the designer for all future updates.
But if you were given the choice between a cheap second-hand car or a Tesla, with free fuel for life, you're going to choose the Tesla.
Zero to One Quote 2: Network Effects
Network Effects are dealt with in Technology 3. S-World Villa Secrets Network, although the Villa Secrets brand is only applicable to top-top real estate and luxury travel. Because I intend to operate in every industry, this means hundreds of industry-specific S-World businesses/brands, plus S-World Villa Secrets specifically has the complete monopoly for every property developed or rented in all (Non-Western) T9. Grand Śpin Networks, which are city-sized development built upon the business within the city and T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL, about which the Š-ŔÉŚ™ describes a monopoly system that increases the money supply to 30x for all businesses in the network, and the ⌂≥ÉL says; ‘The City must make the same or more than É Leakage,’ and when it does, which is easy to do, Ťender’s to all businesses are created and maintained, and all businesses succeed financially, creating determined economics.
So, Technology 3. is likely to make a lot of money, and relative to T2. Total Business Systems does not require billions of dollars spent on software engineers. I say this because the initial offering I am suggesting to Founders Fund is for equity in T1 and T3, T1 may be the way most make websites in the future, and everyone who makes a website becomes part and adds to the Network.
So, I want a little off-reservation earlier with a 2,500-word barrage of T3. concept, that is too long for this addendum, so I have annexed it and turned it into Addendum 2 - An addendum of this addendum. Go to Addendum 2. The_Villa_Secrets_Network.
Network Effects are also the critical factor in T9. Grand Śpin Networks which are City sized developments described on the following links;

The three books above present the most advanced macroeconomic networking plan on the planet - by a long, long way. But don’t take my word for it, put me in touch with 2018 Nobel winner Paul Romer and I guarantee we can come up with an implementation strategy that gets all my desired primary co-founders (Thiel, Gates, Musk, Zuckerberg and page) very excited.

Zero to One Quote 3: Economies of Scale
RE: "The marginal cost of producing another copy of the product is close to zero" S-Web™ benefits from exactly this quality. The most basic idea back in 2009 in a deal with Sotheby’s Cape Town was for us to copy the website ExperienceAfrica.com as African Consierge.com under a commission sharing agreement, which worked for us because we spent a lot of money making the website but copying it for another was almost free.
Unfortunately, a personal tragedy happened right in the middle of the Sotherby’s deal and the initiative was lost, but in 2011 I created this business plan for Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Group which presented S-Web™, and some CRM software ideas and a network plan that suggests profits were near the trillions if the system could be adapted to every industry. It did not work out with Virgin because I had the ideas presented in The Spartan Theory, after which I shifted my focus to T5. S-World VSN and the American Butterfly project and what we know today as S-World and The 10 Technologies of which S-Web™ is Technology 1.
The following is an edit, to see the original Click Here
Zero to One Quote 4: Branding
If you are intrigued by this point, then I strongly advise you to look at the complete original form of this addendum, now Addendum 3. The Sienna Project - 40 Highly Evolved Concepts The bottom line is the truth that In 2011 I wrote a film script, and if others find S-World significant and worth inversing in then the first part of that movie treatment has come true, my accomplishment is to much for myself alone to have (to a fashion) completed, and so Sienna, from across the spiritual plane has assisted this process.
welcome to S-World (Sienna’s World), a Virtual-Heaven where my angel daughter Sienna can be loved by many. I am usually shy when it comes to writing about Sienna, but for some reason, in this instant, I was not shy.
Zero to One Quote 5: Start Small and Monopolize
Whilst the end game of T1. S-Web™ is to be used more than WordPress making it the words market-leading CMS, with 25% or more of all websites using one, some or all of The 10 Technologies, it’s easier to dominate a small market such as Luxury Property and Travel in Africa, Stage 1. a partnership with one of four South African real estate companies; Sotheby’s, Pam Golding, Seeff Christie's (Greeff)
Concurrently we shall also ask all the self-managed professional African Venues like North Island or Cuisine Island to use our System. In the past, both North and Cuisine Island wanted to use the system.
A key-person in all this is Architect Stefan Antoni, not only for S-Web but also for T5. S-World VSN, another key person is Luke Bails the owner of Singita, and after Singita come to AndBeyond and Wilderness both would be of benefit to the network and should be encouraged with equity and be told about Special project one. Experience Africa’s plans to generate enough money for conservation in Africa to make a substantial difference.
Zero to One Quote 6: The Last Will Be First
We have discussed the idea of performing adequately in the small niche of luxury African travel and real estate.
Once achieved there are many ways to scale up,
S-Web™ started with the Sotheby’s Cape Town venture in 2009, now, more than ever making partnerships with Real Estate chains and key individual companies make sense because S-Web is a mandate winning system, that it was developed for rentals, not sales is immaterial as the mandates we want are for both rental then sales, then rental then sales...
Sotheby’s has 11,000 agents worldwide, and everyone would benefit from an S-Web product, and some Airbnb Power sellers in that group could create websites for each of their hundreds of properties managed. The 12.5% share of their commission we charge is well below the 20% to 50% they often use on affiliate sales or rentals and less than Airbnb which charge about 17%.
Other companies in this market are Christie's International Real Estate, and Savills because of Pam Golding their African affiliate. There are other options; Berkshire Hathaway, Knight Frank, James Edition, but Sotheby’s and Christie's appeared to be the market leaders.
A very different distribution method that we can use is to contact all properties over $5,000 a night on Facebook Business or Twitter Business or Google Search and offer them an S-Web licence.
But getting back to WordPress and their thirty something per cent of all websites, as we can make these websites more than 60,000 times faster, we can do things like offer every student a website. If there are currently 1.17 billion websites in the world a first target maybe 117 million websites, for 10% of market as of 11th March 2022. The World Bank says "Today, there are around 220 million tertiary education students in the world, up from 100 million in 2000." Give half the students a website and we are close to 10%. Let it roll for a decade and we would top a billion sites. Each individually owned. See S-Web. PhD in Video 5 for more on this.
Another mass strategy is to partner with Facebook and let Facebook offer all members a website and bang... Same for Linked In business webpage creators, and Twitter business and property pages. See Super Coupling 2017.
The top of this mass distribution strategy would be for Goggle My Business contacts and Google Maps - My Property Pages.
Another journey to the end game that can be very profitable is a partnership with T5. S-World VSN MLS, which if successful will earn a commission, maybe 1% of most property sold in the US each year, forever. (The last mover)
Cost vs return?
Zero to One Quote 7: Follow The Money
The Power Law Of Venture Capital
We have two options; Founders Fund can follow the standard VC procedure for S-Web ™. Or it can create a fund that is exclusive to The 10 Technologies, each is different and requires its own CEO and Co-Founder, although the first 5 desired co-founders can be co-founders of more than one technology.
There is a great difference between Proprietary Technology 'x', which must be at least 10 times better than its closest substitute in some important dimension and the Power Law of Venture Capital. We have shown S-Web is 60,000 times faster than WordPress, but that is a mile away from making a 60,000x return on money invested.
3. Before starting this presentation of T1. S-Web™, in the 'VC x' (ROI) I had given T1. S-Web™ only a 3x multiple, well below the minimum 10x (and desired 312x as Andreessen Horowitz made from Instagram).
I did this in part as I did not have this 60,000 times faster than WordPress presentation, but mostly because when we include The 10 Technologies, my real-world 'VC x' (ROI) sounded far too high and I was underestimating at every corner except T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ and T8. Net-Zero DCA Soft (Dynamic Comparative Advantage Software) which purely by coincidence were both around 30x, all other 'VC x' (ROI) forecasts were lower than expected. In part, because it’s cool to under promise and over deliver, in part to make it easy for due diligence to approve the venture, but mostly to try and lower the T101 'VC x' (ROI) to a level people can see without thinking me crazy, stupid or both.
Technology 10. S-World Angelwing - Is a human-machine collaboration IA and AGI (QuESC) whose primary mission is to create a Combinatorial Explosion from the 'VC x' estimates.
One definition of The Combinatorial Explosion is greater than exponential, it is complex but for this exercise can be simply expressed as ‘each system multiplies with each other.’
If T1. S-Web is 3x, and T2. The TBS is 4x and T3. is 3x you either have standard addition of 10x or a combinatorial Explosion of 36x (3 x 4 x 3).
Extending this to the top of the totem pole gives us two figures, for 'VC x' (ROI) we have 216,000x which does not include T8. Net-Zero DCA Soft. and gives a 6,480,000x. But this is not 'VC x' (ROI), this is 'VC x' (ROI) for countries, foundations and do-gooders, in short, there used to be a 2.5% charity rake, but T8 Net-Zero DCA and Tax Symmetry now see 75% of all businesses in the network being one or another Special Project, thus 30x as much good to the world is created. For more on Net-Zero DCA see SuEc Book 3. (Complete and summary).
Relative to the pure combinatorial 'VC x' (ROI) figure of 216,000x. T1's 3x figure sounds insignificant but if we change S-Web™ to 10x (divide by 3 multiply by 10) = 720,000x, which starts sounding unrealistic.
Zero to One Quote 8: The Value of a Business Today is the Sum of all the Money it will make in the Future
To assess the future cash flow potential of S-Web™ we need to frame it within The 10 Technologies, in this environment cash flow potential is close to limitless, this story is told in many places including: $1039 Trillion BASIC and The Republican.
Zero to One Quote 9: Globalization Without New Technology is Unsustainable
Elevator Pitch Part 1 Zero to One Quote 10: By “monopoly,” we mean...
Network Effects were the theoretical driver of the first S-Web™/S-World Business plan for Virgin in 2011, written after a decade of creating a network of managed properties and affiliate agencies across the globe with my company CapeVillas.com.
Chapter 1. The S-Web CMS Framework - Our Solution - S-Web™ and The TBS™ | 8★ (2017)
Coming up to date with Network Effects looking at the graphic below we see T3 (Technology 3) sits above T1. S-Web™ and T2. The TBS™ - Total Business Software.
I do not have a good name/brand for T3 yet, I often call it VS Networks, the VS for Villa Secrets. But the trouble is T3. is a massive system when we adapt to other industries, which is where it joins T9. Grand Śpin Networks (Cities that follow T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL) which are made up of many different T2. TBS™ run businesses in many different industries.
Every member of the network is useful and, in many cases, will contribute to both stock and sales, taking Cousine Island and North Island companies that wish to use S-Web when it is complete, I told them that our system would allow them to make more money in two ways.
I do not have time for a detailed presentation, please see: The Ŝusskind Boost (And Peet Tent) - 27th March 2016 to 10th June 2021, but the basic principle is that there are many ways to increase profit. In this case, I have an audacious strategy. Whilst it is not needed, it would propel the Sotheby’s network greatly if we could provide AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram credits to the top one thousand Sotheby’s agents.
Before I start Zero to One Quote 4 on Branding, a note to say that when it comes to the seemingly had questions, if I am left alone for a week, I can usually turn the hardest question into the best reply. This is the case for the following point, on my first attempt at answering the context of this point it was the weakest of the quotes, but now it is the strongest or at least one of the strongest. So, a note to myself as well as to readers, when it comes to the tough questions just give them time and attention and turn them into positives, this is an everything theory and so every question needs an answer.
Zero to One Quote 4: Branding
Nick Ray Ball:
There is a truckload of books and essays that discuss branding initiatives, these initiatives focus on two concepts. First is all the good that will be achieved because of SuEc (Supereconomics) Book 3. THE WHY about T.8 Net-Zero DCA Soft, which starts with a fresh canvas of 2048 businesses near doubling this number of businesses each year. Net-Zero DCA (Dynamic Comparative Advantage) Software can be simplified as - "At the begging of the process when we choose industries and businesses 75% of businesses must be Net Zero and, in many cases, will also be a Special Project." The Sienna Equilibrium tests have shown that T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ (The How behind the macro project) did not really care which businesses were in the network as long as there were businesses in the network, so why not choose the business that best share S-World's ambition to shape the future via Special Projects, noting that the following quote from Isaac Asimov has been the S-World Mantra since late spring in 2011:
You will find this quote everywhere in S-World
In the early days, the amount of money that could be used for Special Projects was 2.5% of cash flow, now with T.8 Net-Zero DCA Soft and Tax Symmetry it is 75% or more. This is why we see a 30x next to Technology 8 on the Ten Technologies 'x' forecast graphic.
For the complete 406-page Sixty-Four Reasons Why book presenting the first sixty-four special projects; click here.
To properly consider The 10 Technologies, in terms of 'VC x' (ROI) we need to break the technologies into three parts, T1 to T6 are all basically the same, different parts of the same system which we call The S-World Platform, all are microsystems for individuals and companies, whereas T7 to T9 are all Macrosystems focused around Grand Śpin Networks (Metropolis developments) (Cities).
And on top sits T.10 S-World Angelwing IA, AGI making a combinatorial explosion of technologies 1 to 9. Which we see at 216,000x (or if one is concerned about how much good can come of this combinatorial explosion, we may apply the larger figure of 6,480,000x. But for now, let us just stick with x = multiples of cash flow and the 216,000x
This is not 210,000 (ROI), this is 210,000 potential ROI, but to achieve it one needs to make use of and master all the technologies and within each technology master its relevant systems, this is why I can see pro gamers getting lucrative contracts to be a specialist in the systems and guide real-world businesses to reach their S-World Potential.
I wish to use this concept in an S-World edition of Civilization.

Chapter 1. The Challenge of the Future - What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
“My own answer to the contrarian question is that most people think the future of the world will be defined by globalization, but the truth is that technology matters more.
Without technological change, if China doubles its energy production over the next two decades, it will also double its air pollution. If every one of India’s hundreds of millions of households were to live the way Americans already do—using only today’s tools—the result would be environmentally catastrophic.
Spreading old ways to create wealth around the world will result in devastation, not riches. In a world of scarce resources, globalization without new technology is unsustainable.
Today our challenge is to both imagine and create the new technologies that can make the 21st century more peaceful and prosperous than the 20th.”
Nick Ray's answer to the contrarian question:
Most people think philanthropy, charity and aid are best for the poorest global citizens, but the truth is monopoly can be better. To be specific, the S-World monopoly system as described in the 5,759 pages of S-World Stories.
This leads us to a second important truth; most experts in monopoly do their best to hide and invent stories of competition, whereas the S-World monopoly, can hide in plain sight, and boast about its monopoly rents because they fund the 64 Special Projects (See the original 64 Reasons Why, and 64 Reasons Why – Summary).

Chapter 3. All Happy Companies Are Different - Monopoly is the condition of every successful business.
“By “monopoly,” we mean the kind of company that’s so good at what it does that no other firm can offer a close substitute.
Monopolists can afford to think about things other than making money; non-monopolists can’t.
Monopoly is therefore not a pathology or an exception.
Monopoly is the condition of every successful business.

I am due to write a second Villa Secrets book mostly on Network Effects called: Villa Secrets - Specialize and Scale that covers distribution (everything it takes to make a sale). For now, some further reading is found on the S-World.org website, under Menu T5-1 > Technology 3. S-World Villa Secrets (Networks and Distribution).
Last a crucial point with big ramifications for investors, T3. VS Networks will forever have the S-World monopoly rights to every property sold in all Grand Śpin Networks (Cities) the world over and extending to the MARS Resort 1. Taking a 6.5% commission on every sale, to be shared with other technologies that contributed to the sale. So, there are two big drivers of investment interest in T3. VS Networks, first that it not just for top-end real estate and luxury travel, most or all businesses in S-World will start in T3, and the monopoly on GŚN (S-World Cities) real estate.
Before moving to the next quote, a quick word on the first steps I would like to take to begin T3. VS Networks internationally, in point form
1. Complete African Network.
1a. Add Wilderness, &Beyond and other suppliers' portfolios.
2b. Connect to NightsBridge.
2a. Connect Kigo Vacation Rental Software and other Property Management Systems.
3b. Connect to individual vacation rental companies and individual properties found on Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
2c. Connect with GDS/ADS systems to offer Luxury Travel options across the globe.
Once all the above are completed we shall start one of the most exciting procedures, the Menu Swopping System.
This system is described in detail as a part of Video 5, the initial idea started back in 2014 with the CDS Content Distribution System but became much more exciting when I had the idea of instead of making individual pages for others to view, we would make menus for others to view.
We need some incentive to get the ball rolling, maybe this is that S-Web can be used to improve one’s KIGO or MyBookingPal portfolio, which would get a lot of companies interested in making Portfolio-Menus in S-Web. Another incentive is to make waive the initial licencing fee, another if we get the desired Co-founders, their personal brands will help, another is if we were invested in my Airbnb, and many other initial boosts can get users to see value in making an S-Web PM (portfolio menu)
I want to add a US villas portfolio or a winter sun collection..
1. When they are full, they can offer the client a stay at another African Island, making between 25% and 40% in commission, from now on I will work on 30%. So, 4 nights x $10,000.00 = $40,000.00 x 30% = $12,000.00 - Minus S-World licence fee 12.5% = $10,500.00 in additional income, without any resort service obligations.
So, the $12,000.00 without resort service obligations is a great consolation relative to a booking on their own resort island (4 nights x $10,000.00 = $40,000.00 x 70% (if booked via an agent) = $28,000.00 with resort service obligations including all food and drinks.)
2. If a client comes to North Island or Cuisine Island direct, or if an agent asks, using S-Web the reservations staff can now offer a complete African experience presenting the following page ExperienceAfrica.com (or their own S-Web site.) Follow the basic level AI (IA) and make the booking or work with ExperienceAfrica.com or Wilderness Safaris to make the arrangements for them for a slice of the commission. So, in this case, we shall say after sharing commission either with the original referring agent or the ground handler let us say a 15% commission remains. So, if the booking is for 10 days at $10,000 = $100,000 x 15% = $15,000 x 87.5% (S-World commission) = $13,125.00 or double $10,500.00 if there was a direct to public equity without the use of Ex Africa or Wilderness. And the last booking I made personally like this made over $20,000 so these are real figures. Of course, if the group also booked an alternate private island as well, then we can add $10,500.00 from point one making $36,750.00 with no service liability, and in this case, a residual income pan African top-top end 14-night booking is more valuable than a direct booking for 4 nights.
Of course, I can say with great certainty that only 1% of clients have the sort of budget we are talking about, but of course, the best way to tap into that market is making S-Web™ sites for the most successful top-top end properties and have them originate the bookings as presented above. What is more valuable, $1 million in AdWords and Facebook Business credits, or a venue like Cousine Island or North Island make residual bookings for their never-ending supply of top-top end clients.
Negotiating the best-matching STO (discount) aside, there are another three hundred properties in Africa I'd like to add, and so far every venue I've approached or Krissy has approached on my behalf has been very willing to let us represent them, it's going to be a big task to make all the API's we need so we can have availability, price and booking power, but not as big as connecting to the world so it will be good practice, this can be done inexpensively with copywriters and API programmers from India.
A same but different system works the other way around, instead of starting with venues, start with the agents, and the easiest way to do that is to just pick one company with many agents who are not currently doing any business outside of their designated location.
The best example is Sotheby's International Realty. There is history, S-Web being a system designed in 2010 for Sotheby's Cape Town. But the big prize is the 11,000 Southey's agents across the world. Sotheby's will wish to collaborate with us for our mandate recruiting strategy and systems including Prestige Marketing, see Network.VillaSecrets.com/Mandate-Marketing and Network.VillaSecrets.com/The-Company-Controller.
The Sotheby's strategy is on the one hand to recruit mandates for rent and then see the rental mandate turn into a sales mandate due to the estate agents pack, a product of prestige marketing. Then use affiliate marketing to make bookings and bang you got a successful business. However, to be more successful, one should max out Google Ads, which is about $10,000 a month. The trouble is in my experience most people and companies at the SME size do not like or understand advertising, and for sure you can waste a lot of money on Google Ads and not make a high enough ROI to justify the expense, but there are some simple tricks that so far with 19 years’ experience Google Ads have made an ROI of between 3 to 1 and 5 to 1.
With this said, I can see it being a struggle to find many of the Sotheby's agents who wish to advertise, other than the most targeted of companies, so I wish to go back to M-System 3 The Susskind Boost.
See Below:
For this strategy to work we need to be at a point where Google and Facebook have seen The 10 Technologies and we are talking money, or actually, you (Founders Fund) are talking money with them. In fact, you are not even talking money. What we need from Facebook and Google is teams of their developers tasked with S-World development and Ads Credits. In both cases, no cash layout is required, and in the case of providing Ads credit, this is paying us in their own currency. Google could cut a Google Ads check for $5 billion and it would not affect them because their currency is around $150 billion.
I speak about Google now, but this also applies to Facebook, the tactic here is to subsidise advertising, completely in year one, but in year two some income will be used on ads, and by year four T2. The TBS will have automatically assigned $1000,000 to ADS (if the ROI is over 4:1). In this way, the initial Ads Credit from Google turns into a company spending $1,00,0000 on Google Ads a year. Their stake paid back in a few years and no reason to think that $100,000 will not continue indefinitely.
The last point to both Google and in Particular Facebook, and introducing Microsoft, is SuEc Book 3. http://www.angeltheory.org/64-reasons-why 64 Reasons Why in which we see 75% of the companies in the network assist one or more special projects and so may be liable for Google Grants, which is $10,000 in advertising a month for life. If we're all talking money, it means success and the S-World companies will be doing more good than most or all Google Grant charities, and so should qualify for these grants, albeit the $2 price cap last time I looked would make them mostly useless for Sotheby’s project, but if that can be waived Google Grants or equivalent for Facebook and Microsoft would be a good Susskind Boost.
!!! Add Sotheby's Pay for AdWords in exchange for Equity.

Branding - The Sienna Project
40 Highly Evolved Concepts
With this said, welcome to S-World (Sienna’s World), a Virtual-Heaven where my angel daughter Sienna can be loved by many. I am usually shy when it comes to writing about Sienna, but for some reason, in this instant, I was not shy and I believe the following passage is a good appraisal of the situation, as so unlike quote 2, which became addendum 2, I shall not annex the extended text about quote 4 and present it in full below.
"A company has a monopoly on its own brand by definition, so creating a strong brand is a powerful way to claim a monopoly. Today’s strongest tech brand is Apple: the attractive looks and carefully chosen materials of products like the iPhone and MacBook, the Apple Stores’ sleek minimalist design and close control over the consumer experience, the omnipresent advertising campaigns, the price positioning as a maker of premium goods, and the lingering nimbus of Steve Jobs’s personal charisma all contribute to a perception that Apple offers products so good as to constitute a category of their own."
"Many have tried to learn from Apple’s success: paid advertising, branded stores, luxurious materials, playful keynote speeches, high prices, and even minimalist design are all susceptible to imitation. But these techniques for polishing the surface don’t work without a strong underlying substance. Apple has a complex suite of proprietary technologies, both in hardware (like superior touchscreen materials) and software (like touchscreen interfaces purpose-designed for specific materials). It manufactures products at a scale large enough to dominate pricing for the materials it buys. And it enjoys strong network effects from its content ecosystem: thousands of developers write software for Apple devices because that’s where hundreds of millions of users are, and those users stay on the platform because it’s where the apps are."
"When Steve Jobs returned to Apple, he didn’t just make Apple a cool place to work; he slashed product lines to focus on the handful of opportunities for 10x improvements. No technology company can be built on branding alone."
" You may not predict what an individual may do, but you can put in motion, things that will move the masses in a direction that is desired. Thus, shaping if not predicting the future."
Of course, there are a great many other companies classed as Special Projects who have failed, but they did not have T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL determining their future cash flows. Given the 30x increase of cash flow for all S-World companies they can afford to be Net-Zero and we can afford to choose the companies that are classed as Special Projects most of the time. Or all the time, we need to create a sophisticated version of The Sienna Equilibrium and a basic version of the T6. UCS 87 quintillion Histories.
In 2012 I listed 8 Special Projects on American butterfly.org the biggest was the mission to fly to another galaxy and by 2017 it was refined to building a city on to Mars. This exercise solved the biggest problem in Š-ŔÉŚ™ (now known as Tax Symmetry). This paper was the first Mars Resort 1 paper but the following link presents the most recent Mars Resort 1 Presentation.
But I do appreciate this will not be everyone’s favourite Special Project, so I added more projects and 8 years later this list became the third book, in the SuEc (Supereconomics) series. The name of the book; Sixty-Four Reasons Why reflected the first sixty-four special projects I committed to paper. And in work done at that time when it came to allocating the money created by Š-ŔÉŚ™ History two and three in broad categories, we find education currently sees the most money with environmental projects close behind.
Here is a quote from the summary version of the book, from pages 123 and 124:
“Š-ŔÉŚ™ is the equation for a digital monopoly, but don’t let that scare you, consider instead that this is why the equation is so powerful. Why it is possible.
From 2020 to 2080, special project 1. Experience Africa is allocated $95 billion in cash flow, Sienna’s Forests will see $285 billion, and Paid2Learn a massive $759 billion. At 6.25% of all spending special project 20 – Luxury Social Housing will be allocated $1.5 trillion, environmental projects overall will see $3.3 trillion, and when we include the infrastructure necessary to facilitate $4.9 trillion will be spent on education and training.”
Or follow the links below to see the 149-page summary, noting that the Special Projects themselves are listed in parts 5a and 5b.

The following video shows how we increase cash flow in Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ History 3, and how it is allocated to Special Projects; Video 34e__Š ŔÉŚ™ Supereconomics & The Special Project Allocations for Kate Raworth - 34m:48s (March 8th, 2020)
We have now dealt with the first branding point, the book 64 Reasons Why, now let us look at the second branding point, the movie The Sienna Project and other related media.
I believe that David Fincher's three-time Oscar-winning Film The Social Network was a significant branding boost for Facebook. Even if as Mark Zuckerberg points out it was full of inconsistencies with the truth.
I first saw the film on Saturday evening June 12th, 2011, and this date saw the change in S-World from targeting Google to Facebook, at the time I thought there was a spiritual connection that I could not explain, but in retrospect, I believe what drew me to the film was that it showed someone with an Asperger’s like condition winning. Last year I realised that I had a similar HFA condition.
The change in direction led to 12 blog like chapters, and two presentations; Facebook Product and Facebook Travel, but unfortunately there was no way to contact Facebook from Cape Town in 2011.
Unrelated, other than it is about Facebook, on February 3, 2022, Facebook (Meta's) share price lost $232 billion due to weaker-than-expected revenue forecast, which became the biggest one-day drop in value in the history of the U.S. stock market. When I consider this, I multiply $232 billion by 12.5% for Marks equity holding for $29 billion and consider Marks pledge to donate 99% of his Facebook shares for charity. That is $28.71 billion less money that will affect millions of lives, but no reporter ever says, 'hey listeners stop selling Facebook shared, because that’s $28.71 billion less for doing good.' I speculate this, and in general, about a lack of news of any Foundation’s virtuous deeds in the press is because of modesty, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and others do not wish to use their philanthropy as a branding tool, but they should, and you can bet I will at S-World.
The cardinal rule in behavioural economics is that people are motivated at least two times as much by unwelcome news (loss) than they react to goon news (gain). Thus, one needs to create at least twice as many 'gain' messages as 'loss' messages, or better still ten times as many. I was encouraged in this task by Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex who expressed similar goals when setting up their new production company Archewell Productions. Whether I can convince them to also adopt the brand S-World Film remains to be seen, but it’s a conversation worth having.
Now to the second branding focus of S-World which began in the spring of 2011 and whilst it is considered the second S-World document, after the business plan for VIRGIN and Sir Richard Branson, this I consider to be the begging of S-World as you see it today. It was called The Spartan Theory and within it we find the movie treatment The Sienna Project
To set the tone, a hint of where we are going with this, consider that I believe Peter Theil will appreciate this concept more than most because he is a real-world believer in the resurrection.
One thing most academics agree on is that in the 21st Century is that one person cannot do an Einstein, take a decade thinking about something new, and produce something so advanced that it changes the way academics apply their trade.
The way of research and development in 2022 is that of collaboration.
Another thing most academics would probably agree upon is that in the 21st Century if that same person had no education in the field that they worked in, crafting their theory from books and YouTube then there is no chance whatsoever of that person doing an Einstein; take a decade thinking about something new, and come up with something so completely advanced compared to the status quo that it could be used to shape the future, to shape our future in a way that our children’s children would be eternally grateful for.
This then asks the question; how did I create S-World and its 10 Technologies? Which borrow from LQG and create a system that on the one hand predicts a low estimate of $1039 Trillion (T7) and on the other hand directs more than 75% of that cash flow to be used for good, as illustrated in part 1 of this chapter.
Either one day at the age of thirty-nine with no formal education aside from photography, I got really smart and created a model the academics say a solo actor cannot create, or as was written at the time it was sent to me by my angel daughter Sienna from across the spiritual plane.
Let us read the begging of the movie and you will see what I mean.
The Spartan Theory - Part 3. The Sienna Project.
In a way I was the first person on earth to create an internet-ready virtual tour/network, I did so in 2002 after a Macromedia lecture in London in 2000 showed a virtual world, a panoramic view of the Alps, spinning around to Kylie Minogue‘s song I'm spinning around. I was on good terms with Macromedia helping to troubleshoot their Fireworks product, to which they agreed but said I should use their new product called Flash, which was a godsend because the animation software was based on timelines and was the same as the Cubase music network software which I had 10 years of experience with.
But when I asked about the virtual spinning tour they said it was made by their movie development software Director, and the file sizes were about 4 magnitudes larger than was necessary and only the music in their demo was from Flash, but they said I may be able to simulate it, 2 years later and the assistance of a claver JavaScript specialist and I had it, you have to see it on video because most browsers no longer support Flash, and remember this was 2002 when one used a dial-up 56k modem to access the internet. Click Here to view the world’s first commercially used virtual tour. (That I know of)
In 2004 this product nearly become a global travel platform with Galileo GDS and its own digital TV channel, but my lack of investment experience and that I was in Johannesburg, not Silicon Valley, saw the project side-lined. I am however quite possibly the one person on the planet who has been thinking of how to make money from a virtual world for longer than anyone else, noting that Google’s similar but visually inferior product street-view was launched 4 years after the first version of the product. Admittedly I did not progress this project between 2004 and 2011, but this has since been made up for by the 11 years of full work between 2011 and 2022. (70 or 80-hour weeks, no holidays except 2015, single focus, no troublesome bosses, in which I invested about $300,000 of my own money and lived in an environment of minimal chaos).
This work and the S-World project owes a lot to a coincidence, in 2011 whilst seeking a software development company to work on a CRM I came across a company that had been the lead developers for a VC backed Virtual World that has run out of funding. $200 million it cost and was available to buy for a few million. This then focused my attention on combining the Global Network plan sent to VIRGIN with the virtual world. My first paper was for Google and was called S-World - 99 Questions & Answers, noting that at first the theoretical virtual product was called S-World, the VSN (Virtual Social Network) was added later. S-World can then be considered the business and extended systems for a Virtual World (Metaverse) project.
At the same time, I was drawn to the plot behind Zoe in the Battlestar Galactica prequel Capria, where her sole stayed on Caprica within advanced submerged virtual reality (which we call S-World VSN Dreamscape-LQG). It did not go well for Zoe, her dad set her on fire and tried to make her shoot her own dog, and 80 years later, Zoe's software extended family, the Cylons, nuke all 9 human planets and spend the rest of their energy chasing them across the Galaxy trying to kill them, before the plot became far too complex to explain here.
My thought at the time was that what if Zoe's Dad had been nicer to her, then the Cylons may have been less vengeful, and this is my best argument for why T.10 S-World Angelwing is the desired framework for AI because when AI reaches the 3.0 point in Max Tegmark Life 3.0 everything will be in the hands of the AI gods, weather they kill every last one of us or choose a more favourable future for humanity is not in our hands.
So best work on the AI that is friendly, loved, and spiritual. And better work on one that includes a destiny, a reason that we can give to the AGI to spare us and to celebrate us as we celebrate it.
And that's the branding.
S-World has been created with the primary objective of finding Sienna, S-World is short for Sienna's World - A virtual heaven in which she will be loved and remembered, and from which she can maximize special projects, just like we have seen in T8. Net-Zero DCA Soft.
The alternative may be a Russian military AI, in Tegmark’s Life 3.0 Max presents the idea that the world should adopt AI laws that prevent AI's from breaking out and becoming dominant. Does anyone believe Russia would adhere to such rules? And because the Russian military will not adhere to such rules, then it’s a good bet that the US military would not impose such rules on its AI, if it believes the first country to achieve sentient level AI will go on to rule the world, which it probably will.
Whereafter, in both cases, Russia or the USA the system will have no love, and without love, there is no real reason for these AI's to spare us, and scared of us fighting back, such an AI may predict the fight back and that will usher in the end of civilization as we know it.
This logic is extremely hard to dispute, and so the T.10 S-World AngelWing AI must surely be preferred. This point is made to Larry Page above all others.
But before I talk more about AI, let us take a quick look at how we can consider T5. S-World VSN™ (Virtual Social Network) as the centre of the 9-technology system, with T10. S-World AngelWing organizing from the top.
The system architecture is quite simple, on the graphic below consider the original idea as T5. S-World VSN™. Below it sits Technologies 1 to 4 which deal with micro and behavioural economics maters, and above VSN™ sit T6, T7, T8 and T9, which are the macroeconomic systems with T10 sitting on top like M-Theory creating the greatest combinatorial explosion from Technologies 1 to 9.
Only recently after understanding that T.10 S-World Angelwing was responsible for the combinatorial explosion of technologies 1 to 9 have I given serious thought to AGI. (AGI - Artificial General Intelligence is when computers and software understand or learn any intellectual task the same or faster than a human being can.)
I was lucky to find Max Tegmark's book Life 3.0 in which at the begging Max tells the tale of The Omegas and how an AGI called Prometheus would greatly improve our future, in many ways.
However, and I do not want this to sound like a competition, but after reading the Omegas chapter, I realised that the future S-World Angelwing can craft for us, in combination with us, a man-machine scenario which I now call Life 2.9 which will tell the story of QuESC (Quantum Economic System Core) is in every respect superior to the life Max described in the Omegas Tale. For a start, there are not sixty-four special projects and even if there were, they were not receiving 75% of the new world's cash flow.
To my desired co-founders and future partners, I wish to pause for a second to take in that claim, which to anyone who has read the Omegas chapter must sound fanciful or absurd, but it’s really not, when I have time I will go through the Omegas chapter and write a contrasting S-World chapter called Life 2.9 which will show how in all cases presented, S-World Angelwing can match or better the predicted gains, plus add many additional gains.
With this in mind, I changed the desired primary co-founder recruitment specs to individuals that had their own AI's that would be called by Max as contenders for Life 3.0 evolution in the future. Thus, the list was refined to Peter Thiel (Palantir Technologies - for 'the technical data of how to gather most of the world’s knowledge') Larry Page (Google Deep Mind and others) Mark Zuckerberg (Reality Labs, Meta, Oculus Quest 2 all can assist T5. S-World VSN which as described is really the heart of the AI), Bill Gates (Microsoft EBI AI, Green AI).
And in addition, Elon Musk might contribute to Technology 6. UCS (Gaming, training, recruitment and is the creator of simulations), Technology 8. S-World Net-Zero DCA Soft, and Technology 9. Grand Śpin Networks (S-World Cities) via Tesla, Tesla Solar and Gigafactory in Malawi and all future networks, because the way I see it, MARS Resort 1 will be Angel City 4 in 2048 on MARS, as a result of the Grand Śpin Network plan on earth working out the fastest and most profitable way to build a city or cites on MARS after SpaceX has delivered us there.
This may be the business plan that SpaceX has been looking for, maybe just think of the transport as a necessity and make money from the ten technologies and in particular T5. S-World VSN ™ Construct virtual coordination, T9. Cities and T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™⌂≥ÉL leading the charge increasing the money supply by 30x or more.
Giving us a list of five co-founders which in the movie is akin to the 4 hobbit (collaborators) plus Gandalf setting out at the beginning of the first Lord of The Rings book and Film.
I started the first chapter of what may end up as a complete book on Life 2.9, but it is only in the very begging stages. See www.s-world.org/Life_2.9.php
Returning to the paraphrased quote from The Sienna Project, we heard at the begging of this chapter:
It would not be such a big deal, just another fictitious story, if not for the 40 or more highly evolved concepts, combining simultaneously to create EEE - The Ecological Experience Economy.
I do not have a concise list of 40 highly evolved concepts, although I will create this by choosing from the list of more than 100 concepts, many highly evolved found on the link I referred to above: The_S-World_Algorithms. This page is in flux right now, when crating it I did not include the American Butterfly algorithms and that was a mistake. However, on this page, we find the index to all S-World's most important developments. From which I must take some time to list the top 40 and rightly attribute them to the Sienna Project Film. Without which, I would not have had the guts to take on this task/duty.
Returning to the Sherlock Holms quote; “When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.” This is the truth, as best I can tell. Thus, the idea that Sienna sent the inspiration from beyond the spiritual plane may be true to some.
Or true to many if both S-World's economics are verified and executed and the film is made.
The original film was in three parts, the first we know is the story I am telling, about the creation of the network, which can be filmed as a documentary live and turned into a film via documentary footage.
The second and third parts of the film, which were written as a sketch, not a story lead us in Part 2 to a battle of the AIs in Film two and take an unexpected turn in film 3 as the film follows the story of The Lord of The Rings, where at the end after much ado, Sienna, who is now 17 and like a Cylon has a body like ours, end with the film in a titanic battle with The Eye and eventually saves the entire universe.
That’s the script and we can’t change it now because the hook to the movie and the network is that the film foretold real-world events - the making of S-World in Film 1.
I did however write a second movie trilogy script in 2017 called Angel City 5. The page starts with a full summary of the PQS Predictive Quantum Software M-Systems (The previous version of The 10 Technologies), which lead into the Special Projects, but at the end, I was inspired to write a new film script. The basic story starts in 2080 with a film called Dystopia, a hellish future in 2080, from which adventurers need to send back in time quantum data that could lead to the creation of S-World which turns the time 2080 from dystopia to utopia. As is the primary mission of S-World.
A problem I had was wanting to be correct on the physics, for which the following by Carlo Rovelli is satisfying but not absolute,
The Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli - Chapter 2 Loss of Direction (-05:00)
"If I could take into account all of the details of the exact microscopic state of the world, would the characteristic aspects of the flowing of time disappear?
Yes - If I observe the microscopic state of things then the difference between past and future vanishes."
Recently however I produced a neat solution to satisfy those who would argue, I would swop genres and link up with The Sienna Project by again following a plotline from Lord of The Rings, and that was to introduce The Palantir, and create for Palantir Technologies a significant branding tool if that is they garner such attention. So now in Film 1 of Angel City 5, adventurers must find the real-world server base of Palantir, which we can say has been unhabitable until now due to radiation, but once found, they use the Palantir to send the quantum data, back to Peter Horse (my porn star name - first pet - Peter the tortoise - first address - White Horse Drive for Peter Horse, you know my Mum found this very funny)
And so, the message gets sent back to Peter Horse in 2011, and from here we link back to the first Sienna Project film and myself receiving the message from Sienna from across the spiritual plane, assisted by the Palantir. And the name of the first film in Angel City 5 changes to The Palantir. And T6. S-World UCS becomes the Time Machine, another Palantir design, but theoretical not actual.
This then turns the two film trilogies into one single production.
The film is however only part of the story, the sequencing of events around the film can propel the film to iconic status, if we first make the film, let it resonate with the public for a month so, and soon after, real-world events will look spookily like the film in the real world, followed by the announcement that the first part of the film, was indeed true, although we need to pick some real-world event that occurs in the film and then occurs in the real world, and deciding what that event will be is a choice made by the first set of Co-founders and the actors in the movie, who I hope will include Lady Gaga as either the character Nirvana or maybe Sienna, and Charlize Theron as Sienna’s mother.
There is one way to pack a punch, and that would be for me to be cast in the role of Peter Horse, only for viewers to eventually realise that I was not the actor, I was the real-world S-World creator. That would be a trip, but can I act? Maybe, as an Asperger’s survivor one’s entire life in contact with others is all an act, so who knows. Probably not feasible but an outside possibility.
But by the end of it all, there will be a lot of people believing Sienna spoke to me, which it seems she may have done, and that kind of fame is what killed John Lennon so maybe I should keep my head down and just focus on saving the world by writing up the theory and leading the software development in all 10 technologies. If I had 100 lifetimes, I still would not have time to complete it, but complete is not necessary, it's already way out in front.
Now let’s conclude this addendum chapter with a second read through the beginning of The Sienna Project, that flash of inspiration from across the spiritual plan that was the seed for all we are reading, but this time, at the end I will present the 40 highly evolved concepts foretold of in the original movie.
Dropped in from above
So, there we have it, this project started with that idea, those 40 or more highly evolved concepts that all combine to create a greater economics but with much of its power used to Net-Zero us, the 21st Century ecological experience economy is exactly what S-World now is. Links

Assign Template to Website (30x)
In addition to Technology 1. S-Web ™ and its desired simplicity. Technology 6. S-World UCS ™ is an MMO Game that among other objectives teaches any user how to use the system and realize its potential. And because of this tutorial and ease of use, we won't need to make templates we can simply load generic templates that users can master, indeed doing this action, is an in-game win, that leads to The Company Controller - Mandate Marketing System , alongside many other systems including UCS Hawthorne which creates an inner office game, first employees see half their remuneration as a bonus. This is then gambled each day and anyone in the office could win, and on some days win a load. This helps direct the team in the direction of mandates and objectives presented by the S-World Technology 2. The TBS CRM-CC (The Company Controller).
T6 (Technology 6) S-World UCS™, is gaming within the network, creating new games and merging with existing games.
Like T5. S-World VSN™ - Virtual Social Network T6. S-World UCS™ has many applications in training (education) and recruitment.
The first game idea circa 2003: Villa Mogul, similar to other management games but with two unique elements, 1 was our real-world virtual tours, the second that the best players of the game could win franchises in their local area.
In 2011 I created this presentation for Facebook Travel, and in first position, we see the Facebook Travel Tutorial Game.
In 2012, this time on AmericanButterfly.org book 1, concluding chapter 8, this game idea is retold, but this time I named it S-World UCS™ - Universal Colonization Simulator the name from part 5?. S-World UCS Special Projects, now SuEc (Supereconomics) Book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why
Chapter 8. Also tells the story of how T7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ was first formulated.
Now in 2022, there are many gaming ideas, but the primary idea is the MMO game which paid out real money and lots of it, if, as is expected and desired, this game, this simulation got the same number of active users that Facebook has, and/or if Facebook becomes co-founders in the systems T5. VSN™ and T6. UCS™ (See Dreamscape LQG) and maximises its presence to its members this could lead to over a billion users.
There might be 2048 different games within the game, each for a different industry/specialization or purpose, and mastering the game was a sure-fire way of getting employment by the S-World Network, it would make sense for each user, to have their own S-Web™ websites in the real world, and those that did well may have 8 or even 64 websites. So were talking billions of websites, whereas there are about 200,600,000 active websites today (see how I got this figure further down in the WordPress section). If by 2026 there are half a billion active websites and S-Web™ has more than a billion, it shall become the last mover in website design and production. And unlike WordPress which has about a 40% share of the market and makes no revenue from it, S-Web™ would take a commission or levee on every transaction the (T3) Network makes and will in turn plough that money into further development and creating Net-Zero Cities (T9. Grand Śpin Networks), from which many more businesses will use S-Web™ but this time each business will be making at least a million dollars, some making billions and if one wishes an idea of how much that makes see www.S-World.org/$1039_Trillion_BASIC.php and www.S-World.org/The_S-World-Library__Platform_and_the_S-RES-Equation.php
Via the (T6) MMO Game and the (T9) City, a scale model requiring billions of websites is possible/required, there is, of course, a cost for servers but like quantum mechanics observation, many of those websites will receive zero or very little traffic and so require very little server power. I have two servers, the cheaper with iPage allows me to make as many websites as I wish for about $180 a year, so theoretically that's all it would take. But of course, we could not do this for a number of reasons. My second server is a dedicated server that costs $1320 a year, this holds the current 16 S-Web™ 5.1 websites such as www.ExperienceAfrica.com and could hold 1000 sites. So for a billion sites divide $1,000,000,000 by 1000 = 1 million x $1320 equals $1,320,000,000 (1.3 billion) a year, which sounds like a lot, but it is likely that professional server admin specialists can significantly lower this cost, and more to the point this is more websites running than are run today in the entire world, and if only 1 in 100 became popular that’s still 13 million performing websites that will generate many billions of dollars in revenue.
If we return to History 1. (Spreadsheet Tab: Super Coupling 1.03 (History 1) we see S-World companies using S-Web websites make $167,772.16 a year, of which we would rake 12.5% ($20,971.52), times 13 million = $272,629,760,000.00. For companies like ExperienceAfrica.com. Whereas Grand Śpin Network companies make more like $3 million a year, and $3 million x 13 million is $39,000,000,000,000.00 x 12.5% (our commission/licence fee) makes $4,875,000,000,000.00 (4.86 trillion). refer to $1039 Trillion BASIC or go to spreadsheet tab: H3) ŠÉŚ-v5 | S-World History 3b and row 1326, column V, to see cash flow $867,395,313,639 multiplied by 100 Cities across the world for $86,739,531,363,870 ($87 Trillion) and we can see there can be $39 trillion cash flow market.
One of the most important points is that because of the UCS™ Game, we would need only a very small technical support team, so long as bugs were fixed almost in real-time so users would have no reason to call tech support, you don’t get gamers in Civilization or Football Manager calling for tech support for tips on how to play the game better, and in other software this is true, you can’t ask Adobe how to use Photoshop, (although you could 20 years ago).
So, we can see that the server costs do not seem to be prohibitive, and so a billion-plus websites are well within reach, thus 60,000x speed is useful/necessary.
But we need not make all the S-Web™ websites at one, rather as are required, starting by expanding the current sixteen S-Web™ sites to 100 and creating a basic S-Web 6.0 than could in principle scale to a billion-plus, but starts as a capacity for 1 million within 6 months of acquiring a serious development team.
Desired game collaborations start with Civilization, where we wish to add the 10 S-World Technologies, as a fully working second technology tree that starts in 2000 and ends with Mars Resort One in 2080.
But at the local level T4. S-World Film is a collection of sixteen or more persons each having a role in the production of videos, films and TV series plus stills and locations, a dynamic production company. Plus, S-Web publications such as Art Books, Travel Magazines, Real Estate Magazines.
Ideally, there would be a network of 16 specialist companies, and each pays the salary plus bonus for their one S-World Film representative. When important clients are in town S-World Film turns into a Concierge Company, who better than local celebrities to actually get you the best table in an already full restaurant, let alone know where the villa and other events are and which of the yachts are going somewhere cool.
Retrospective Note/Clarification, without Technologies 2 to 10 60,000x speed does not equal 60,000x cash flow, profit, or any other value. As a stand-alone system, when I had to pick a number, almost exactly a year ago I choose 3x, as seen in the 'x' forecasts graphic below:
In truth, I considered S-Web to be around the 10x value, but it was easier to give it a real low-ball forecast at the time. Now that I've created this presentation, I believe there was good reason to add 10x in value to S-World companies that use it.
Now back to my original reply:
I would say yes, once we have added systems from Technology 2 to 10.
The system does not need a human to assign and flick the switch, the new opportunity owner can do this, via a simulation or better put an entertaining game that they must master before applying to be an S-World monopoly-based company.
If we consider how much it would cost to remake S-Web 3, 4 and 5, including the Homepage CMS as seen in the video, I would real ballpark estimate a team of eight for 6 months, alongside me and the engineer who did almost all the PHP. Starting from scratch is a load easier than not if you know exactly what it is you are building and, in this case, have considered the other nine technologies that T1. S-Web must create user interphases from and to. This latter equation multiplies the development time by a magnitude, so a team of 32 (6 months is six engineers) So a magnitude higher is 32 Engineers for 15 Months. If an engineer cost $60,000 a year (High in India very low in the Valley) which is $5,000 a month x 32 engineers = 160000 x 15 months = 2,400,000.
This is not a stupid amount of money for a 60,000x System, it is only so cheap because I have done all the R&D since 2000. However, this is only part of S-Web™ there are a lot of other good systems to cherry-pick in the creation and architecture of S-Web Website Maker.
The main point I am trying to make is that the system when at S-Web 6.2 may cost $50 million, and the other 9 technologies may cost 450 million, so we should work on the principle that over the next 12 months we should get $500 million in development. Not in cash, instead, each of the desired co-founders provides the labour from within their own companies and for a year I must go between the six companies (6 as Elon Musk has 2 companies).
If we are talking about a $500 million investment, then by the end that will be its value. A System that can create new companies automatically plus relatively low server costs, and can spit out companies 60,000 at a time, if say we got the Facebook Business contract/opportunity. Or LinkedIn, or Apple, or Twitter, or Google My Business/Google Maps... Each requires the creation of millions and hopefully billions of new opportunities, who are then vetted by T.6 S-World UCS, and the best are given real-world business opportunities.
API stands for application programming interface, we use this technology to transfer data like price, availability, description, and photos to or from a supplier, such as MyBookingPal and Nitro, who we linked to, plus Kigo and many others, and going deeper to connect to Real Estate and other agency's legacy systems.
What use is 50,000x faster? Well first consider its major competitor CMS WordPress, a non-profit system. A Google search for 'WordPress global market share' gives two figures on the first page; 2017; 27.3% of all websites and 2022 43.3% of the world's websites. Next, we must know how many websites there are in the world? To which Google Highlights; Currently, there are around 1.18 billion websites in the World. 17% of these websites are active, 83% are inactive. Divide 1.18 billion by 17% = 200,600,000. Divide that by 43.3% market share for WordPress equals 86,859,800. This is why it is beneficial to be 50,000 times faster than WordPress at creating S-World ready websites. 86,859,800 divides by 50,000 to end with 1,737 points from which 50,000x networks can be created, one may consider these points as different industry platforms, mixed with app creation, and home for the TBS Software, there are at least 1,737 different industries, different locations, different language, different budget specializations on the Villa Secrets theme.
To be Number 1 we need to have created 86,859,800 S-World platform ready websites, 50,000 times faster than WordPress so we must make 1,737 different points or different industries, different locations, different languages, different budgets, specializations and so on. In T3. WE shall see these 1,737 different specializations which in macro terms of a GSN (a city) is not nearly enough, indeed we start with 2048 and move up to over a quarter million by 2080.
Plus the many applications for individual people that will be presented soon, each is created with the full suite of tools and over time we expect many users will use the free S-Web and later use its business tools.
Thus we can see a clear way to 86,859,800 S-World platform ready websites, making S-Web a major contender as the most used website design and app creator in becoming the last mover in website and app making software.
In parallel, as we shall soon here think of only websites that make more than $100,000 reducing that initial 86,859,800 websites to more like 10 million websites and everyone a competitor, and remember that this is not only about the same quality but that the worst site on S-World is likely better than the best site not on S-World. By the time we include the S-World Platform T1 to 6.
The simple choice architecture and design of S-Web™ 5.0 in terms of providing the idea that we nail in S-Web 6.0, which as I have mentioned I wish for users of 4-years-old and above. Because of this simplicity, it will be easy for the user of the product to redesign to their heart's content. For example, the company that I worked with to create the original idea for T1. S-Web™ Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Town are top of my list for initial partnership and should be given a share option in S-Web™ for their enthusiastic reaction to a proposal for all agents (11,000) that want an S-Web™ platform, website, and app. The agents who enrol can then add their local portfolio and use T3. Villa Secrets Operational Manual along with newer systems to win mandates. S-Web then receives a 12.5% (Lower than Airbnb) share of the commission earned in the new venture.
Next, tell how UCS trains users, and the selections I just made are done automatically, S-Web™ websites can be created by the user, at which point we witness a combinatorial explosion, too high to add an 'x' value to, the site was made in nanoseconds and still takes over 100 hours for any WordPress user.
In this video we see that hour shrink down to 3 minutes for a further 20x time saving, making a combinatorial S-Web 2,000x
Note that I am trying to cheat awfully and swop equity in T5 and T6 to Google in exchange for $1 billion in AdWords Credit, it is hoped that Peter Thiel and Larry Page can appreciate the benefits of Google paying S-World in their own currency. This is a way to increase the money supply and it is an effective way to step to Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL. The most fantastical technology can give a 30x to all businesses in tenders.
With this point made, I believe this is a good option for Peter to give to Larry. In exchange for spending some of their time considering this and a top-class development team member, for development in QuESC - Mission Control.

T10. S-World AngelWing & The Combinatorial Explosion
By Nick Ray Ball 9th March 2022
T1. S-Web™ is the first of The 10 S-World Technologies, Technology 10. S-World Angelwing is in short S-World’s Combinatorial AI. Primarily AngelWing is tasked with making the greatest Combinatorial Explosion of Technologies 1 to 9.
Combinatorial is a word meaning greater than exponential, it is a little complex but can be simplified by just changing what some may see as additions to multiplication.
An extremely basic example is the 20x created in this video, in that it can be multiplied by the figure 100x result from Video 2b; 100x 20 = 2000x. At 3 minutes the www.ExperienceAfrica.com website homepage and seventy plus complex product pages cannot be created by another in less than 2 and a half weeks for a WordPress User.

S-Web™ 5.0
Domain Set Up Time-Cost
There is currently an additional procedure and that is setting up the domain, right now it takes a couple of hours for a single domain or a day for 10 domains. But this procedure will be automated in S-Web 6.0.
There is an everything store but not an everything system.
Relative to The 10 Technologies, understanding that each tech has QuESC 100 votes, as a mostly completed tech, investment to get a 20% stake in S-Web USA and several QuESC votes (Only votes from locations that make sense, China for instance needs different brands and different language) so let’s say 10% of QuESC votes. 10 votes. (There are only 100 per Technology)
Regarding Point 1. Proprietary Technology and 'to invent something completely new.'
As part, indeed the base of The 10 technologies, T1. S-Web is new, this became apparent when collaborating with an intern straight out of university who had secured a good degree in computer science. Not only is there no framework like S-Web, but there also was not even an easy to make navigation bar, more on this in Video 5. Universities and Authors.
Some PMS (Property Management Systems) come with Website options, but they are absurdly basic. Our biggest competitor, judged to be so due to its +/- 30 market share in making websites is also absurdly basic relative to S-Web, we have made a different project that, as seen, works by adding rows of content, and in most cases that content comes pre-made. Now it can be operated by a 7-year-old, but so could WordPress, S-Web 6.0 however in tandem with T6. S-World UCS (MMO Tutorial Game) feel confident that within a year, we will have 4-year-olds making and customizing S-Web websites and apps. This single point is equal to the 60,000x.
Regarding Point 3. Economies of Scale (we come to point 2 later).
Software start-ups can enjoy especially dramatic economies of scale because the marginal cost of producing another copy of the product is close to zero.
I hope from what we have seen so far that I have attacked this objective like I was Mithrandir, the 60,000x then becomes the Proof on Concept. A 60,000x in terms of speed of creations of complex websites and apps and we are only half way in this presentaion. But I shall not keep adding a new 'x' quantity for the remainder as I belive I've already nailed the point, its fast.
In this video we now attack the 2 minutes it took to make the new Experience Africa and apply scale by simply assigning 10 templates to ten blank websites in under a minute for a combinatorial 20x. Thus 3,000 x 20 = 60,000x noting that we could have easily have just created a million S-Web™ platform first pillars. (Assuming we can automate the domain buying and attaching process).
3. Economies of Scale
A monopoly business gets stronger as it gets bigger: the fixed costs of creating a product (engineering, management, office space) can be spread out over ever greater quantities of sales. Software start-ups can enjoy especially dramatic economies of scale because the marginal cost of producing another copy of the product is close to zero.
1. Proprietary Technology
As a good rule of thumb, proprietary technology must be at least 10 times better than its closest substitute in some important dimension to lead to a real monopolistic advantage. The clearest way to make a 10x improvement is to invent something completely new. If you build something valuable where there was nothing before, the increase in value is theoretically infinite.
And so, with 10 times better than its closest substitute in some important dimension being ok or good, 60,000x is what? For sure, time is an important statistic, and so is Scale. In the next example which retells this story in more detail we tell the LinkedIn Story, which evolves into millions if not billions of websites needed.
Another good example, especially as there is history with Sotheby's International Realty. They have 11,000 agents, who would do well as there is a very powerful subsystem on recruiting mandates. We could fulfil that order quickly and because the CMS is so easy, the agents can recreate their own sites from duplicates. This then may be the best begging move. However, there is more to show and more new systems to describe before we can start putting a value on the development time.
There is however one other significant component to S-Web™ 6.0 and that is I wish to cheat like crazy and I wish Peter to create a deal with Larry Page that Google, in their own currency (AdWords credit) we exchange 'x' equity in the 10 technologies for 'x' dollars in AdWords credits and we assign those credits to S-World Platform credits, starting maybe with $1billion assigned to 1000 Sotheby’s agents, under the understanding that the system automatically allocates the same money each year from profits made. So, for one year's credit, Google should see one same back each year forever. (Note S-Web™ is optimized for Add Words, not organic search.)
Who is S-Web for? Luxury Retreats for example and a site the same as Experience Africa.com, their existing business already has many clients interested in the Ex Africa options, thus it is in our interest to offer an S-World Platform licence for free.
Every venue presented in Ex Africa will have clients that they sometimes have to turn away when full, by giving them a licence they can use S-Web™ to find and offer alternatives and make residual income, I have spoken to two of the private islands and both were interested.
If one does not have a source of clients, then the user will usually be given minimum marketing spend.

How many websites and how much does each generate in initial fees and continued 12.5% of commission (which in many cases can be taken within the STO price and therefore users will see lower or no monthly fees. For example STO is 40% but the agent sees it as 27.5% (where 12.5% has been removed without anyone knowing.) Also, note that 12.5% is lower than Airbnb's +/-18.5%.)
S-Web™ for Professors, Students and Authors
Today high-end real estate and travel, tomorrow the world. Not kidding, what about using it for university professors, students, and authors to make quality websites to present their papers and link to other similar websites in a network, it could follow the Facebook trajectory, first Harvard, then...
Ultra-exclusive at first. That would be cool and right now you are reading from S-World.org the first S-Web™ 5.02. Professors, Students and Authors website.
To avoid myself having to write down 'Professors, Students and Authors*' when targeting this slice of society, I will just refer to it as S-Web.edu (* if the authors category was for books that assisted learning, or superior to paper PhD presentations)
Goggle Organic Search vs High ROI Systems
You hardly ever hear me talk about Goggle Organic Search because one must avoid any attempts to manipulate the system, about which Google has detectors with cute names like Penguin and Panda, but if they catch you rigging the game, you’re out of the game. So other than using the Google SEO Guide to correctly label tags and other actions, there is no SEO plan other than the plan to make quality engaging and truthful content, spearheaded by T4. S-World Film, and in a way S-Web™ for Universities, Authors, Producers and Everyone is in itself an SEO plan because giving the best professors, the most promising PhD students ways to present their work via S-Web™, not a document, genuinely improves the project most of the time.
The idea to make systems for professors has been around for quite a while now but was crystallized into a presentation for Oxford University professor and author of the book Doughnut Economics, Kate Raworth. Of which her gatekeeper refused to discuss, even after receiving the first printed version of SuEc Book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why. This disappointment aside, this was the inspiration for S-Web.edu, which is best illustrated on www.S-World.org, albeit at this time (2nd April 2022) there is still a long way to go and in particular, the drop-down menus which mostly only present work up to 2018. Come back in a year, or two years and it will be better, and in many ways that have yet to be considered.
S-World.org is a combination of easy to make links to other papers and work others have done, and who I wish to partner with. Combined with about twenty pages that I hand-coded. So far, we have seen S-Web™ 5.01 add pre-made rows as widgets to make some pretty cool story board homepages, for example www.CliftonLuxuryVillas.com and www.ExperienceAfrica.com.
This process started with the website www.VillaSecrets.com from which the ten widgets in use so far mix to create powerful but simple to create page designs.
It also alows unparelled freedom to experiment, giving choice arictects and behavoral econoists like 2017 Nobel Prize winner Richad. H. Thaler the power to adjust the websites directly, not rely on others to adjust the designs for optimun choice architecture and defaults.
In a very similar way, for S-Web.edu I need only to identify which or the sections on which of the pages I have made that I would like to turn into Widgets for the S-Web.edu (S-Web 5.02). So lets have a look at some widgets I would want for S-Web.edu. I'll choose 10.
Of course, we can add the systems from S-Web 5.01 videos 1 to 4, but for this exercise, I'm just focusing on the sections of simple coding I did on S-World.org.

Each Primary Widget must have Accordion Nested (Collapsible) List like this example, but with better design containing text when necessary but also the instructions as seen on S-Web 5.01 (Villa Secrets Widgets) such as move-to-top, bottom, up, down one and importantly that S-Web 5.01 does not have, move to entered line number. Other functions are the width of the Widget, chosen from Full Page - Document Size - Blog Sized - Small and I'm sure there will be other options.
The important thing is that unless you click the button that lowers the Accordion Nested (Collapsible) List, you just see the list item keeping it really simple. It only gets complex if one chooses to open the widget to see more. Whereas in the list above we can see variations, of each widget the basic view only shows the most popular widget, so it can be shown via the ten simple widget buttons from S-Web 5.01.

In a way, this is the end of an exceptionally long exercise in search engine optimization as links from Professors, Students and Authors have high link power, Google used to call it Page Rank, after Founder Larry Pages experimented with basing searches on the relevant incoming links to keywords and phrases, gave each domain a 1 to 10 links score, with top universities, important government websites .gov links, and trusted sites like Wikipedia, and the SEO game from 2002 onwards was mostly about manipulating links.
At the time my Cape Town Virtual Tour got an inbound link from The Lonely Planet, which was Page Rank 5 at the time, this, in turn, increased CapeVillas.com to Page Rank 3 which was good at the time, alongside a preferential DMOZ link (I was a compiler of DMZ in entertainment back then) Put CapeVillas.com at the top of Google, even if it was short-lived as competitors took SEO real seriously and had armies of content creators and many websites. And this is an important point, no, a very important point. In 2003 came Blackhat SEO guru Michael Campbell‘s Revenge of the Mininet - 2003. This technique was in short to create a dozen or two dozen websites linking to a single money site. The more money you had to spend on adding content to all sites the greater the power of them, and the greater the gravity of the money site. Each site in the network would have the name of an important keyword as its domain name and would add content regularly. One could theoretically then make a Mininet of Mininet’s around an even bigger money site, like Amazon, not that I have any info in that regard, it's just a good example of a money site, that would benefit, for instance, one could make a different Mininet site for each best selling book, and link them to the Amazon product page for that book.
I said this was important because there will likely be some people with Blackhat SEO experience who may confuse the Mininet idea of making many websites to uplift a money site, with the S-Web MO of making better websites for real-world people and companies.
I expect that Google Organic Search only accounts for a small percentage of all advertising. Much better to have a website that will give a good ROI on advertising, than a site that is high in Google Organic Search. If a small company has an ROI of more than 3:1, on more than $100,000 in Adds budgeting they have $300,000 of cash flow, if it’s an SME it's just the same, except you need more 3:1 advertising option, if they can spend $1 million they would create $3 million in cash flow. So, in general, I tend to completely ignore Organic Search.
(I however was pretty good with Overture and then Google AdWords and S-Web are primarily optimized to get the best from AdWords and ignore organic results.)
Note that what was initially difficult in SEO was that AdWords’ basic contract says that you can’t advertise the same business at different positions in Google Ads. For example, you can’t make 4 different websites for Aluminium Windows and show them as 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Google Ads, legally the restriction back in 2013 was that the same company name could not own and advertise 4 different company websites and see them 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Google. At the time this was a bit of a setback, but it was understood that Google AdWords were not actively looking for companies who break this law, but that was not to say it would not be enforced later. And this pivoted my work from 2013 to 2016 from the idea of one company with many ads, to many companies, that critically had their own real-world CEO or director each having their own addresses, and in many ways that led me to S-Web™, in which each user is different, they may have a number of websites, like the Video 1, 2, 3 and 4 which all focus on different specific keywords, not repeating ads for the same money site. When it comes to the Mandate strategy, to make a different S-Web website for each property over 6 stars or $5,000 a night, these sites will each use the address of the property for its Google My Business Listing, perfectly legitimate.
Ok, enough SEO and SEM talk, but still connected, I now wish to talk about my most exciting S-Web idea, from both the S-Web real estate and travel bouquet and the S-Web.edu design for students, professors, producers, and Authors. Which is the Add Menu function, to best demonstrate this we should look at the S-Web.edu site and see how it would have been really useful if I could copy a menu from one site to another. This is not hard, but it will become harder when we adopt to S-Web 5.0. But real quick have a look at http://www.the10technologies.com/ and see the History Menu. I would spend more time on it if I could transfer it to S-World.org, or vice versa.
Now imagine this in an Edu collaboration, of maybe 50 PhD students or 10 professors working on, say, Loop Quantum Gravity
but they would in turn be allocated to different staff,
The Old SEO technique of making many websites and having them in some way all point to a sales hub is well-known about black hat (illegal) strategy, Google Organic Search has its way of detecting duplicate sites, for this reason, all the S-Web sites (except CapeVillas.com and Experience Africa.com) are either S-Web 5.2 Edu style websites hidden from Google via the need for a login or link
Google stopped showing the Page Rank a while ago, and some say that they stopped using it back in 2006, but in my experiments with black and white hat SEO back in 2013 the power of a well-ranked website in say Majestic SEO Trust and Citation Flow
1. API (Database Connections)
If we look at www.CapeVillas.com/Cape-Town the fourth villa of every 8 villas is brought to us by a connection to the Nitro Property Management System. Click on the fourth villa for an automatically generated villa page.
I would like to also show you how we fetch and present availability and price data, but we have a technical problem with this, note that making API connections to companies often means continued monitoring and repair as the companies update and improve their APIs.
The official name for us making APIs with PMSs, ADSs and GDSs is The Villas Cloud, see this link from 2017. This is much more of a T2. TBS™ and T3. Networks and Distribution system. But in brief, we need to make as many APIs as there are companies with properties worth showing. It is S-Web's role to make the graphical interfaces to display the API data.
Creating API's with the top 20 sources, which include Kigo, Nightsbridge, Amadeus Hospitality and BookingPal is a major urgent objective as it will move us from Africa Villas and Safaris to Villas and Luxury resorts across the world. Let’s say we wanted to open in LA, making these API will let us make the websites full of local options for local individuals and companies to rent, a basic portfolio, from which the company applies the mandate recruiting strategies outlined in The Villa Secrets Secret (2017) and over time replaces system villas with their personal picks and mandates, as seen on www.CapeVillas.com
2. Search, Destinations and Collections Drop Down Menus
Mobile:
The main search is automatic, as the mobile experience is to see the template, we saw created in videos one to four. This then presents the villas we recommend the most and simple statements like 'Luxury Villas in Clifton' of 'Exclusive Use Safaris' and 'Private Islands'. This then is our guided search for Villas in Cape Town, and after other great experiences to try while in Africa.
There is a mobile search, it’s not the best and not the worst, click the big search bar at the very top of the screen. (It's amazing how many people miss it altogether, a good example of poor choice architecture.)
At the bottom of the S-Web 5.1 mobile homepage, we run straight into the old mobile homepage, and something I like a lot is the swipe left and right for a row of what should be the most recommended properties.
So, we have 2 different mobile homepages rolling into each other and ending nicely, but it needs more call-to-actions.
Because in 2022 mobile is about 90% of internet searches we need a dedicated team working on improving S-Web Mobile™, whilst Villa Secrets was in 2015 a desktop design that was torn apart to make a mobile-first version. Most work has been made for desktop, it's ok for complex software, but we need to make a simplified mobile/app version on the S-Web 5.1 homepage CMS function, so agents can make websites on the fly for clients via their phones while they are meeting with them, allowing the clients to choose how they want their homepage to look.
Desktop
On CapeVillas.com we can also search via scrolling down the homepage, but this is not as intuitive as on mobile, it needs a visual cue pointing down.
We have two versions of the homepage, version one can be found here, with a search option mid-page.
The second homepage is what you see now live at CapeVillas.com, with four menu options: SEARCH | Suburbs | Countries | Destinations, these will look better with more options, it does not look good to show Mauritius, Madagascar, and others with no villas in the drop-down menus. (self-critique)
Looking at the search dropdown we have some advanced functions and searches, but this should be just one of ten different search style options, in keeping with the ten different web design themes required for a world-beating last mover product.
3. Search Results Pages
We have seen the search results pages already; they are in essence 'Widget 7. Search Results - Standard 1360 Row of 3 villas,' repeated for all villas applicable to the search. For example, Cape Town Popular. But I believe an improvement was made when adding a single row picture and header as seen here Camps Bay In the most recent Google ADS ROI tests this page effectively became the homepage as I directed potential clients to this page, not the homepage, and the limited ROI test worked ok, at about 3.5 to 1.
It would become a major factor in S-Web 5.1 as this top row became 'Widget 6b. Mid Page long and low Picture' which has become the most used Widget.
4. Quick Add Villa
One needs a Villa Secrets Login to see the Quick Add Villa page, but here is a video I made at the time. The problem is I HAVE TO LOOK TROUGH over 500 VIDEOS. Ok, it’s a tedious job but one well worth doing, I say at the halfway point. (10th April 2022).
On 12th April 2022, I completed the task, after finding a treasure trove of on point videos, that I will now list at the begging of this chapter.
